Title: Another fall hunt

Blog Entry: Well, another fall hunting season is finally here. It seems like just yesterday I was leaving the high country of the Rocky Mountains. I was watching some hunting dvd's the other day and I started to get the itch. I have been so busy lately that I haven't had the chance to prepare, but it doesn't take to long for me to get the juices flowing.
I was unsuccesful last fall in my attempt to kill a bull Elk, I missed 2 big ones and this year I have another bull tag in the limited area that I hunt. So, I guess you could say I was blessed to get a second chance. The week following second rifle for Elk, I will be hunting for a plains deer not to far from the city. I got a buck only tag and have never hunted deer, so I am pretty stoked about that.
I have noticed that not too many people log on to this site anymore. I suppose that another site has lured people away, much like facebook did to myspace. Anyways, I will stay faithful and true to my friends here on the huntandfishspace.
Wish me luck this fall and I hope you all get your trophies in 2008.
And remember, John McCain is the better candidate for us hunters and fishermen!
